What You’ll Do
Design engaging marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including brochures, ads, signage, presentations, and online content.
Translate ideas into on‑brand visuals that reflect the Drees standard of quality and creativity.
Manage multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Partner with internal teams and external vendors (photographers, printers, developers) to deliver polished final products.
Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across all materials.
Support project workflows, approvals, and production processes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2+ years of professional design experience.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
Experience designing for digital channels (web, social, email); video skills are a plus.
A collaborative mindset, creative problem‑solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritize, adapt, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
