Bringing Home the Dough Annual compensation is between $70,000 – $85,000 and is comprised of a base hourly wage plus commission.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities A Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products. The successful candidate must come to work with a neat, professional appearance (sometimes in a uniform) and be able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Drivers will check their delivery vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, quickly reporting maintenance issues, and filling out daily driver’s logs, time logs, and hours of service. This position requires flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times, generally around 3:00 am, with days off on Wednesday and Sunday. An RSR is also expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and ensuring product shelf life is maximized by properly rotating the products. Effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a DSD (Direct Store Delivery) environment. Prior delivery driver experience is beneficial.

Additional Ingredients: Essential Job Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Have had a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Must have a valid state driver’s license and documented safe driving record.
Must meet Fleet Insurance Guidelines.
Must adhere to federal, state, and local rules regarding the operation of a CMV.
Must execute the best practices of RSR training (after 4-week company paid training).
Must be able to push or pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Salary Range $70,000 – $85,000
