Responsibilities
Provide support to the sales team by assisting with order processing, corporate paperwork and customer inquiries
Communicate and resolve issues between customers, sales personnel and administration
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Experience
Knowledge of Home Improvement Products (Windows, Doors, Roofing, Siding and Floor Coverings: Hardwood, Ceramic, Carpet and vinyl)
Detail Oriented and Exceptional Follow-Up
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
Knowledge of retail math concepts and calculations
Home Improvement: 1 year (Required)
