About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care as prescribed by the resident's care plan
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care delivery
Document and report resident changes and progress
Support residents' emotional and physical well-being
Qualifications:
Valid LPN license in the state of Indiana
Long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
