Working remotely, the full-time Texas Inside Sales Associate will assist customers in selecting products such as internet, TV, and home security, utilizing a one-call sales approach to build relationships and drive sales without cold calling. Key responsibilities
Represent Fortune 500 brands to help customers make informed purchasing decisions Utilize a one-call sales approach to enhance customer interactions and increase earnings Participate in regular progress meetings with a coach to achieve personal sales goals
Required qualifications
Experience in sales and/or customer service preferred Demonstrated growth mindset with a willingness to learn and innovate Exceptional communication skills for effective customer interactions Ability to work from home with a private workspace and reliable internet access
