Mon-Fri, 8:00 am- 5:00pm In-office position only Bilingual is a plus! Skills/Qualifications: Customer service experience is preferred but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and in writing Detail oriented; great organizational skills and the ability to multi-task Basic typing and computer skills Able to handle high phone volume and complete verifications for employment, auto insurance and place of residency.
