Your Role
As our AI Strategy & Process Transformation Manager, you are the bridge between strategy, technology, and operations. You'll identify opportunities, shape AI initiatives, and ensure they translate into measurable improvements. From guiding high-impact projects to steering our overall AI strategy, you make sure investments deliver both operational and strategic value.

• Lead AI Strategy: Develop and refine a holistic, company-wide AI strategy aligned with business goals.
• Discover Opportunities: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases across departments.
• Transform Processes: Analyze current workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and design AI-enabled “to-be” processes using BPM tools like SAP Signavio or Celonis.
• Manage AI Portfolio: Build and govern a structured portfolio, translating strategic decisions into actionable initiatives.
• Ensure Compliance: Work with Legal and IT Security to guarantee AI solutions meet ethical and regulatory standards, including the EU AI Act.
• Drive Value: Establish KPIs and governance frameworks to track measurable benefits.
• Collaborate & Facilitate: Lead cross-functional workshops (Design Thinking, Value Stream Mapping) to align teams and foster innovation.
• Guide Change: Lead cultural and operational shifts needed for successful AI adoption.

• Proven experience in strategy, digital transformation, or consulting, with a track record of delivering actionable roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies (Generative AI, NLP, RPA) and their business applications.
• Expertise in BPM, process modeling, and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0).
• Exceptional analytical skills to quantify process improvements and build business cases.
• Skilled in translating complex requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
