Combining sales operations expertise with technology leadership, the full-time salaried Sales Operations Technology Manager will optimize sales processes and systems, manage the sales technology stack, and ensure data-driven decision-making, with the potential for remote or hybrid work arrangements. Key responsibilities
Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technology platforms, including CRM systems and analytics tools Streamline sales processes, territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting for improved efficiency Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with 2+ years in technology management or CRM leadership Proficiency in CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365), analytics tools, Excel/Power BI, SQL, and automation software Strong data analysis, forecasting, and reporting abilities Experience with PMP, APICS, or similar project management certifications is a plus
