Executes sales strategies to achieve and maintain 100% occupancy.
Represents the community in welcoming prospective residents, family members, referral sources and the public in a positive, helpful, and caring manner demonstrating community mission and philosophy.
Schedule and conduct tours and appropriate home visits with prospective residents.
Completes appropriate database documentation in our CRM, including entry of every inquiry and prospect interaction.
Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building inquiry base, initiating and carrying out marketing calls by contacting discharge planners, social service workers, and other community professionals in the surrounding community area, and performing purposeful follow up.
Visits and conducts presentations at doctors' offices, senior centers, clinics, and organizations for seniors distributing sales and collateral literature representing assigned community. Attend business and community events where referral sources are in attendance.
Keeps executive director and department heads up to date on outreach plan and internal and external events.
Follows the company's sales process, guidelines, and philosophy.
Prepares and distributes marketing reports in a timely and accurate manner, including a completes competitive analysis and every six (6) months or more often as requested.
In collaboration with the management team, obtains and verifies appropriate admission documentation for every move in. If payor source is Medicaid, you must ensure approval in writing from a case worker prior to admission.

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in recreation therapy, gerontology, or related fields preferred.
Minimum 1–2 years of in sales, planning, coordinating, or leading sales activities, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute sales initiatives in any given market.
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in social media posting and documentation.
Maintain current driver’s license.
Experience managing budgets and vendors.
