Weekend Caregivers

As a Companion Caregiver, you will:

• Provide companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Transportation: Provide clean, safe and reliable transportation to and from appointments and errands.
• Light housekeeping: Perform tasks such as laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• Meal preparation: Plan and prepare nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Medication reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications on time.
• Family support: Educate family members on safe care techniques and assist in implementing care plans.

Compassionate, reliable, honest, and adaptable. Prior experience in senior care or with dementia patients is a plus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance. Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and assist with mobility. Must be reachable via phone or email for scheduling and emergencies. Constant communication is needed.

Compensation: $15.50 - $17.50 per hour
