Project Manager

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

• Provide day-to-day project management support
• Create and publish project documentation, including project status reports, project schedules and plans, risks, issues, and other documentation, as needed
• Plan for utilization of resources
• Meet with Management and Users to recommend technology direction
• Track Project Deliverables throughout project life-cycle
• Provide and maintain detailed software / hardware maintenance documentation
• Act as liaison on behalf of OTS with Contractor Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
• 3 years minimum experience as a Project Manager for Software Development
• Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
• Previous experience with Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) principles and best practices.
• Experience with Alcohol and Tobacco Control Processes
• JIRA
• JAMA
• PMP Certification
• Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
