What You’ll Do
Train, coach, and develop a team of Sales Professionals
Manage performance, career progression, turnover, and hiring
Lead by example by actively prospecting through
cold calling & lead generation
Attend client meetings to support the
full sales cycle
Present customized solutions that make businesses
Simpler, Safer, and Stronger
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure smooth implementation
Partner closely with the VP of Operations to manage daily operations in the Austin office
Create meaningful impact for small and mid‑sized businesses in your community
