We are hiring a highly organized and motivated Executive Sales Coordinator in NewYork to support our sales executives and help drive success. The Executive Sales Coordinator reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Ad Sales and plays a pivotal role in managing special projects, internal and external communications, logistics, scheduling, and more. Responsibilities
Handle internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information flow between stakeholders and the EVP. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the EVP and sales executives, optimizing their schedules for maximum efficiency. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects, providing support and coordination as needed. Pull and compile required reports, analysing data to support sales strategies and decision‑making. Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support sales initiatives and strategy development. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information and communications. Utilize a range of software applications to streamline processes and enhance productivity within the sales department. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the media sales or streaming/CTV industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and other relevant applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Close attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Benefits
