About the Role We are hiring a Counter Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and online customers, process orders, generate quotes, enter orders into the system and provide order information. The role includes communicating product features, benefits, and warranty policy, providing technical advice, troubleshooting and upselling related products. Responsibilities Demonstrate outstanding customer service to walk‑in, phone, and online customers. Process orders, generate quotes, enter orders into the system and provide order information to customers. Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information. Provide technical advice, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Upsell related products, add‑on extensions, and inform customers of promotions. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated success in providing excellent customer service. Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle. Knowledge of construction and industrial products. Spanish language proficiency.
