Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales & Project Coordinator to support our sales and operations teams within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for preparing customer quotations, managing follow-ups, and coordinating project activities from order through completion.
The ideal candidate brings mid-level experience in industrial sales or manufacturing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service. This position plays a critical role in ensuring responsiveness to customers and smooth execution of internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver accurate, timely customer quotations based on technical and commercial requirements
Proactively follow up on open quotes and customer inquiries to drive conversion and maintain engagement
Coordinate project activities between sales, engineering, production, and customers
Track order status, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Maintain CRM and internal systems with up-to-date customer and project information
Assist the outside sales team with administrative and customer support needs
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, updates, and issue resolution
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications
3–7 years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or project coordination in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quoting processes, order management, and customer follow-up
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in CRM (ideally HubSpot) systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working with technical products or engineered solutions preferred
