À propos

Venice is a modern Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform designed for today’s complex, hybrid environments. The company enables organizations to adopt Zero Standing Privilege through just-in-time, contextual access across cloud and on-premises systems. Venice’s architecture eliminates vault sprawl, rigid workflows, and agent dependencies, making it simpler to deploy and operate. Built for usability and scale, the platform makes privileged access temporary, auditable, and aligned with the speed and security needs of AI-driven systems. Team members join a company focused on modern security challenges, innovation, and practical impact for customers.
What you’ll do: This is a full-time, on‑site Sales Engineer role based in the United States. In this role, you will partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design technical solutions, and present Venice’s PAM platform to technical and executive stakeholders. You will run product demos, proofs of concept, and workshops, translating complex security and infrastructure needs into clear, actionable architectures. Day‑to‑day, you will collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback, build reusable demo assets, and refine solution patterns for cloud and on‑prem environments. You will also create technical documentation, respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, support pilot deployments, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems concepts.

Demonstrated ability to translate business and security requirements into technical architectures and solution designs.
Experience working directly with customers in a pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or consulting capacity.
Familiarity with identity and access management, PAM, Zero Trust, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid infrastructure.
Comfort presenting to both technical and non‑technical audiences, with clear communication and strong presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and engineering teams in a fast‑paced startup environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
