Maintenance Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and enhance our maintenance and reliability operations. This pivotal role will focus on maximizing production efficiency and ensuring the reliability of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the maintenance and reliability teams to achieve optimal performance.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting, inventory management, and forecasting to support maintenance and operational needs.
• Drive improvements in overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and plant reliability.
• Implement cost-effective strategies for preventive maintenance and repairs, enhancing operational efficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 10-20 years of experience in maintenance management within the food processing industry, preferably in baking or similar environments.
• Proven expertise in managing preventive maintenance programs and utilizing CMMS systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to hire, train, and mentor maintenance staff.
• Experience in budget management and financial oversight.
• Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field, or substantial experience (at least 10 years) in maintenance management within the food industry as a substitute.
