What You'll Own
- Kitchen Excellence: Uphold and elevate our standards for food quality, speed, safety, and consistency. Every plate, every shift, no exceptions.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team. You don't just manage people you build careers.
- Operations & Execution: Own daily checklists, inventory management, quality control, and facility oversight with precision and accountability.
- Financial Performance: Manage food costs, labor, scheduling, and payroll with a sharp eye on the numbers that drive profitability.
- Culture & Hospitality: Model and reinforce a culture where kindness, hustle, and pride in the work are non-negotiable.
- Community Presence: Represent Harriet's in the Charlotte community and help build relationships that extend beyond our four walls.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment (quick service or better-burger concept experience a major plus)
- A genuine passion for food quality and guest experience you feel it when something's off, and you fix it
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a team to a high standard with both firmness and heart
- Solid financial acumen: you understand the levers of a profitable kitchen and know how to pull them
- A growth mindset you're not here to maintain; you're here to build

Requirements- College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen
- Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen
- 2 years Kitchen Management Experience
- 3 Years kitchen line experience
- Working knowledge of Ordering, Scheduling, Inventory, Excel, ServSafe
- Ability to be a leader and motivate a small team
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen management experience
- Advanced knife handling skills
- An understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards
- Ability to lead a team successfully in a culture-driven environment including staff education and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
