Serving as a technical bridge in the sales process, the full-time remote Sales Engineer will empower the sales team by translating complex healthcare needs into impactful solutions, supporting deal strategies, and managing client onboarding from opportunity creation to implementation. Key responsibilities
Act as an operational partner in the sales cycle, building trust with stakeholders and translating their needs into compelling narratives Collaborate with sales leadership to strengthen deal strategies and provide technical support during high-impact client conversations Manage the customer journey throughout the sales process, ensuring continuity and a smooth onboarding experience for clients
Required qualifications
Experience engaging with clinicians, executives, and operational leaders, tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audiences Understanding of healthcare IT, enterprise SaaS platforms, and EHR-integrated workflows, with familiarity in systems like Epic or HL7/FHIR being a plus Proven ability to use market and sales data to inform go-to-market strategies and anticipate prospect needs Ability to adapt and solve problems in evolving environments, demonstrating resourcefulness and initiative Experience leveraging cutting-edge technology and AI tools to enhance sales processes and prospecting efforts
