Overview Smith Garage Equipment, Inc., a leading distributor of automotive service equipment and the #1 U.S. distributor of Hunter Engineering Products since 2017, seeks a sales representative for our Western Virginia Territory.
Responsibilities
Sell premium Hunter®, Challenger Lifts, Champion, and other lines of branded equipment to car dealerships and vehicle service establishments.
Build and maintain strong, relationship‑based connections with customers throughout the territory.
Partner with Hunter Engineering Manufacturer Representatives to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Ensure regional operations run smoothly and that target goals and revenues are met.
Qualifications
Experience selling expensive, feature‑rich capital equipment to independent businesses.
Superior relationship‑based sales skills, along with strong communication, organization, and demonstration abilities.
Automotive background is a plus.
