Vice President of Sales Location:
American Products, Strafford MO 65757
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Leader to drive strategy, revenue growth, and customer engagement within the Telecommunications, Energy, and Data Center/Edge Enclosure markets. This role leads both Sales and Marketing teams and plays a key part in developing solution-based sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Regional Sales teams and solution-based sales efforts.
Manage customer relationships and ensure strong service and retention.
Drive revenue growth, quotas, and budgeting.
Attract and retain national accounts.
Maintain CRM activity and reporting.
Provide direction for Sales and Marketing departments.
Offer technical guidance related to enclosure solutions and network integration.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
5+ years of sales management experience in Telecommunications or CATV.
Experience managing distributors and rep firms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and follow all safety procedures.
