RESPONSIBILITIES What You’ll Do Sell a Full Product Portfolio
Offer ACA plans (On and Off Marketplace)
Sell Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Standalone Prescription Drug Plans
Present ancillary products including accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity, short-term medical, and life insurance
Deliver consultative solutions tailored to each client’s needs
Leverage Inbound Opportunities & Tools
Handle inbound calls and organization-generated leads
Use integrated systems including CRM, phone platform, quoting, and submission tools
Provide an exceptional client experience from first conversation through enrollment
Build & Grow Your Book of Business
Help manage and expand one of the largest books of business in Florida for Florida Blue
Focus on retention and renewal growth
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment with strong bonus potential
QUALIFICATIONS What You Bring
Active Florida 2-14, 2-15, or 4-40 license
Sales experience preferred
Bilingual skills a plus
Current on CE credits
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard computer applications
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic market
Strong communication skills and client-first mindset
