Job Summary:
We need a talented Senior Business Analyst to fill a critical opening in our PSS (Passenger Service System) SHARES team. The role is essential to transforming and modernizing our PSS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
Conducts business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analyses.
Coordinates application provisioning and supports desktop deployment projects.
Works with cross‑functional teams to define virtualization deliverables for business units.
Supports business improvement initiatives and helps drive data‑driven decision‑making.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in business analysis with experience in system scope formulation.
Strong SQL knowledge and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Passenger Service Systems or the aviation industry.
Background in virtualization or cloud services.
Note: This is a high‑priority requisition and the hiring process is proactive.
