What You'll Do
Work closely with sales teams to set up new business and ensure successful onboarding
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships through clear communication
Analyze existing client accounts to identify, upsell and cross-sell sales growth opportunities
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of requests and solutions according to client objectives
Communicate the status of all client relationships clearly and timely
Participate in strategic planning, including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans
Assist in product marketing, including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools and competitive analysis
Continually refine all processes as necessary to stay in front of customers in relevant industries
Track metrics for all programs and activities
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree is preferred, and/or 2+ years of customer service or account management experience
Excellent computer skills (Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite)
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Critical thinking and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
