INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE Enfasco is a distributor of specialty fasteners and tooling for manufacturers in the fields of Aerospace and Defense. We are a workplace comprised of individual team players committed to the long‑term success of the business.
Responsibilities
Co‑Product manager of a designated product line
Pricing and quoting
Inventory management
Process and enter quotes, sales orders and purchase orders into Epicor Prophet 21 software
Set up and input new inventory parts, vendors, and customers into Epicor Prophet 21 software
Problem solving and resolution of customer/vendor concerns
Respond timely to incoming customer/vendor inquiries and determine needs
Answer phones, emails, and faxes
Required Skills
Strong computer skills; experience with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Strong and effective communication skills with customers, vendors, and coworkers via phone, fax, and email
Attention to detail and accuracy
Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills
