Pfizer offers competitive compensation and benefits programs designed to meet the diverse needs of our colleagues.
Role Responsibilities
Centralize and own feature development for branded experiences within DPX, partnering with Brand Marketers who lead publishing and content updates across their therapeutic areas, so features are built once, to standard, rather than rebuilt site by site.
Lead the Design System transition for branded experiences, driving adoption of shared components and standards across the portfolio.
Help prioritize the feature needs for branded experiences, in partnership with Brand Marketers and the broader DPX product community.
Own key tactics across the branded lifecycle: requirements, roadmap execution, content and experience production, and launch.
Translate direction into detailed requirements for design and development teams, with the supporting documentation that moves work into delivery.
Partner with Pfizer’s unbranded product leads (VaxAssist, PfizerForAll) to connect branded and unbranded experiences, removing friction for the patient in a compliant way.
Explore new and better ways to bring branded content to life, testing formats, tools, and approaches that raise quality and impact.
Collaborate across Digital, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory, Medical, and Marketing through QA, MLR, and release, so branded experiences ship compliantly and on schedule.
Develop plans to scale proven experiences and components across additional brands, therapeutic areas, and markets.
Apply AI‑enabled content and design tools (e.g. Claude Design, Figma Make, Adobe GenStudio) to produce branded content and experiences at scale, while maintaining quality and compliance.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
6+ years in digital product, content, or experience roles, executing across the lifecycle from requirements through launch.

Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks.
Knowledge of Agile values, principles, and practices.
Familiarity with AI‑enabled content and design tools and an appetite to fold them into production workflows.
Courage to provide objective opinions, especially on go/no‑go decisions.
Strong writing, presentation, and influencing skills.
Discretion and trustworthiness in dealing with confidential information.
Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity, Joy).
