Bentley Systems is seeking an Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Account Management team. This role is hybrid and based in the US. The Enterprise Inside Sales Representative will work closely with Account Managers to drive growth and consumption in managed accounts, identify new product opportunities, and increase ARR in every account they handle.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicating regularly with Account Managers to align on messaging, the status of current efforts, and new needs.
- Researching accounts and identifying opportunities to increase usage, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Account mapping and new stakeholder engagement.
- Reviewing and supporting the effective follow-up and management of opportunities.
- Performing sales-related admin functions as directed by your assigned manager.
- Developing a strong appreciation and deep understanding of how to effectively support your assigned Account Managers and Manager.
- Having a strong desire and high level of commitment to helping ensure that your assigned sales team meets the team's defined sales goals.
- Recruiting and driving attendance of new prospects and leads to various Bentley and industry events.
Qualifications include:
- Up to 2 years previous sales or cold-calling experience.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week, home-based in the US. The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues of the company in person (on occasion), and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling, and meeting functions. There is no traveling required with this role.
