Responsibilities
Lead and develop the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
Coach sales associates through regular one-on-one meetings, opportunity reviews, and territory strategy discussions.
Drive consistent execution of the sales process, including opportunity development, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and account planning.
Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools and maintain accurate, visible sales activity and pipeline data.
Support sales associates in advancing complex opportunities through coaching, strategy development, and cross functional collaboration.
Partner effectively with Engineering & Services, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to support team selling and customer success.
Support the development and execution of annual sales plans aligned with company strategy and priority growth initiatives.
Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and market opportunities to identify gaps and implement actions to improve results.
