Supporting the development of analytical capabilities, the full-time Junior Data Scientist will conduct quantitative analysis on commercial real estate markets, build and maintain data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities
Conduct rigorous quantitative analysis on commercial real estate markets to identify trends and insights Build and maintain automated data pipelines for processing CRE and macroeconomic datasets Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, model architecture, and data flows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Data Science, Real Estate, Applied Economics, Geography, Urban Planning, or a related quantitative field; master's degree preferred 2 to 6 years of experience in a research, analytical, or data science role, preferably in real estate or urban policy Strong command of quantitative methods such as regression, time series analysis, and spatial econometrics Proficiency in Python and/or R, with working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with cloud platforms Experience with public datasets commonly used in urban and real estate research, such as Census products
