Senior Data Engineer with extensive experience leading the delivery of high-impact analytical solutions and coordinating high-performance technical teams. Expert in the design and deployment of modern cloud architectures, with a solid foundation as a Data Engineer and Data Consultant. Specialist in the implementation of DataOps methodologies to optimize the data lifecycle, ensuring scalability, quality, and agility in complex business environments. Who You Are
Professional experience +5 years leading technical and data engineering teams in Agile environments, acting as Technical Leader and coordinator of DataOps strategies (desirable). +4 years as a Data Consultant and Data Architect specialized in Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS, designing complex architectures. +3 years in the design and implementation of real-time data solutions using Apache Kafka and Apache Flink for low-latency event processing. +3 years operating and optimizing enterprise data platforms like Databricks and Dataiku for advanced analytics and Vertex AI for machine learning workflows. +2 years of experience working with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE, AKS) for the orchestration and automation of containerized applications. +2 years of direct experience as a Data Engineer, ensuring the robustness of ETL/ELT pipelines and data quality with a customer-centric approach Academic background University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and Communications or similar. Languages: English level B2 or higher. Knowledge Required
Must haves: DataOps Strategy and Leadership: Advanced experience in data flow orchestration under Agile methodologies and DataOps principles to ensure agility and resilience in productive environments. Cloud Data Architecture (GCP): Expert knowledge in the Google Cloud ecosystem, including BigQuery, Cloud Composer (Airflow), Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions. Data Governance and Compliance: Solid knowledge in Data Governance (Google Dataplex), metadata management, and regulatory compliance applied to modern data architectures. Data Modeling, Transformation, and Metadata Tools: Technical experience in platforms like DBT, Hackolade, and Dataform. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) tools for provisioning and managing cloud resources. Visualization and Consulting: Handling BI tools and data preparation (Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Looker) with a consultative approach focused on solving client problems. Nice to haves: Data and Analytics Platforms: Advanced management of Databricks (Lakehouse) and Dataiku environments for democratization and data science at scale. Real-time Processing: Deep knowledge in the design of streaming architectures with Apache Kafka and Apache Flink for event processing.
