Key Responsibilities: Operating a Vehicle:
Safely operate a work vehicle for the duration of the shift to handle tasks such as changing batteries, deploying, rebalancing, and retrieving electric scooters. Vehicle Maintenance:
Ensure the cleanliness and safe usage of the van or truck used for operations. Scooter Maintenance:
Switch batteries, clean scooters, and perform any related maintenance tasks. City Requests:
Address and review incoming city requests related to GCOO vehicles as per the service level agreements. Monitoring Rides:
Ensure the cleanliness and safe usage of scooters during operation. Scooter Retrieval:
Retrieve abandoned or unused scooters and locate lost vehicles. Qualifications: A valid driver's license. Basic knowledge of tools and their usage. Basic knowledge of smart phones and applications. Ability to lift at least 60 pounds multiple times throughout the day.
