We are seeking a
Sales Support Specialist
to join a client in Fremont. This position is 100% onsite. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. This is a 3 month contract, with potential to extend.
Job Duties:
Process purchase orders in SAP in an accurate and timely manner.
Follow up with clients on orders and communicate with internal sales & production teams.
Assist with RMAs.
Track and manage orders when needed.
Follow up on tasks and make sure all shipping samples, replacement parts and units are sent to clients.
Ensure paperwork is filled out accurately in company portal.
Process orders, create credit memos, ship samples and parts, new account set up.
Requirements:
SAP experience
Associate Degree
Excellent customer service and analytical skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
