What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 3–4 Sales Representatives
Drive vacation package sales through engaging customer interactions
Execute strategic sales plans and exceed performance goals
Provide ongoing training and foster a culture of growth and collaboration
Monitor sales performance and ensure compliance with company standards
What We’re Looking For
Passion for sales, customer engagement, and leadership
1+ year of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (commission-based preferred)
Strong communication, coaching, and teamwork skills
Motivated, goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to perform in fast-paced environments
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
