TIMAC AGRO, a pioneer in soil and plant nutrition, is looking for consultants who will serve as trusted advisors to growers and help them increase yields in a sustainable manner. The role focuses on building relationships, educating customers on Timac products, and driving sales growth. What will you do?
Build relationships with growers and become their trusted advisor. Teach growers and retailers about Timac products and technologies to help them become more profitable and sustainable. Actively listen and understand customer concerns, needs and preferences. Travel within your assigned territory to meet prospective and current customers and introduce our products. Set up field demonstrations and collect data to generate future sales. Represent Timac at growers’ meetings and industry events. Develop your sales strategy to introduce our products to customers within your assigned area. Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or a related field or equivalent experience. Sales experience (or motivation to learn). Vision and drive to develop a strategic plan and execute. Passion for sustainable agriculture. Ability to build and maintain relationships based on reliability and trust. Valid Driver’s License. What’s in it for you?
