We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Team Lead to join our team in Palm Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of cyber security professionals in protecting our organization's systems and data from cyber threats. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of cyber security professionals Develop and implement cyber security policies and procedures Monitor and analyze security incidents and threats Conduct regular security assessments and audits Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all systems Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security trends and technologies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in cyber security Strong leadership and communication skills Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred Experience with security tools and technologies Data Security Standards (DSS) standards and requirements Various technologies including Proxies, Firewalls, Switches, Routers Service and contract management standards and approach to best benefit the department Systems and best practices to follow while implementing and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and other metrics Contract and service management, controls, standards and best practices
