Job Overview We’re looking for a sharp and driven Data Analyst to join our fast‑paced Data Labs team. As part of a high‑performing group of analysts, you’ll transform complex, custom requests from clients such as Google, Meta, and OpenAI into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
Build custom reports end‑to‑end, from meeting with the client to delivering ongoing outputs.
Apply quantitative analysis and data mining techniques to turn raw data into insights.
Research and develop tools to answer client business questions using Similarweb data sets and algorithms.
Partner with Engineering teams to establish infrastructure that scales solutions.
Collaborate with Advisory Services consultants to answer strategic business questions and deliver custom data products seamlessly.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience with SQL or PySpark for data analysis.
Experience in Python scripting.
Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
Client‑facing experience (advantage).
Proficiency in online marketing or online services (advantage).
At least 2 years of work experience in an online or tech company (advantage).
Team player, autodidact, fast learner with strong analytical, research, and business skills.
Demonstrated initiative and a proactive mindset.
Experience managing complex projects from start to finish independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master’s degree (advantage).
Salary and Benefits The base salary range for this position in New York City is $80,000 – $120,000, plus benefits that include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) plan; potential equity; an employee stock purchase plan; and paid sick and parental leave.
