What You’ll Do
Hunt:
Operate within storm‑affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.
Close:
Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.
Consult:
Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; functional or cosmetic, cross‑sell and upsell.
Grow:
Career progression is built on merit. Master each training plateau with urgency to earn more responsibility and income upside.
The Ideal Profile
You have a
competitive spirit
(ex‑athletes, veterans, and former servers/bartenders usually crush it here).
You have a valid driver’s license and a clean‑ish driving record.
You are physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and navigating a roof.
You’re a "people person" who can build rapport in 30 seconds or less.
The Pay & Perks
On‑Target Earnings:
$80,000 – $150,000 (Top performers exceed this).
