We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Manager Assistant! This position would have the opportunity to transition to Maintenance Manager as things progress. Responsibilities: Preventative maintenance inspections Stocking of spare parts Hands on electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs Safety Audits Equipment refurbishment Equipment repairs Training will entail: Apprenticeship with existing Maintenance Manager Preferred Qualifications: 2-5 years Electrical and Mechanical Experience Experience in factory settings Fork Lift Certified Leadership Skills Problem Solving Abilities Knowledge of the Plastics Industry would be beneficial Hours, Benefits, and Compensation: 7 AM to 5 PM Additional hours when needed to fulfill responsibilities Salary will be experience dependent Starting Salary $40,000 to $50,000 annually with management opportunities Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Eligible for Health Insurance Package Pay Raise After Performance Review Company Description TPI was founded in 1949 as a plastic extrusion house.
