Designing and maintaining interactive decision-tree workflows that simplify complex internal processes Collaborating with Operations teams to gather requirements and validate workflow logic Identifying opportunities for workflow improvements based on user feedback and operational changes Required qualifications
3+ years of experience in workflow design, knowledge management, or related fields Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in business rule consistency Working knowledge of coding concepts such as logic structures and conditional statements Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams Ability to iterate on designs based on stakeholder feedback
