The Role Own quality across product and operations. Test platform features, build QA automation, and ensure our AI-powered job application system works flawlessly at scale.
What You'll Do
Test web platform features (manual & automated)
Build & maintain automated test suites
Create QA processes & documentation (test plans, bug reports)
Test AI features (job matching, resume optimization)
Ensure quality of automated job applications (5,000+/month)
Work with product & engineering on bug fixes
Support international expansion (test localized versions)
Track quality metrics & identify improvement areas
Coordinate with operations team on quality control
Requirements
2+ years QA experience (manual & automated)
Test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
Bug tracking systems (Jira, Linear, GitHub Issues)
API testing (Postman, REST)
Detail-oriented & systematic approach
Comfortable with fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
EdTech or SaaS QA experience
AI/ML product testing
Performance testing
CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
Experience with data quality checks
