Responsibilities
Supervision and care of the dealer network of 2 brands (Manitou, Gehl) in all sectors (agricultural, construction and industrial) in the after-sales field in a specific work area.
Professional and practical support for service departments in the subordinate area of operation, and in particular caring for the good of the brand and the company's image.
Organization of technical trainings for business partners in the area indicated above.
Participation in indicated and recommended training organized by the employer, to improve professional qualifications.
Work plan preparation (agenda) + weekly reports.
Proper and careful use of work tools, in accordance with the indications and internal procedures of the Company.
Maintaining the confidentiality of Manitou Group's data regarding products, customer base, data and other information obtained by the employee during work.
Implementation of annual plans agreed with the superior.
