Job Summary ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts. In this role you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP provides continuous sales training and technology to support your success as you manage your book of business.
Responsibilities
Grow your business while growing yours: work independently and collaboratively with teams within your geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans: implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen relationships across the ADP family: strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts and build long‑term partnerships.
Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
Proven winner with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Positive self‑starter with an upbeat, persistent style, able to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly in person, on paper, and over the phone.
Confidently fearless, embracing opportunities, taking risks, and challenging the status quo.
Entrepreneurial spirit: natural leader, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and bounces back quickly.
Trusted advisor: builds relationships, lives integrity, and delivers on promises every time.
College degree is a plus but not required; acceptable experience includes two or more years of quota‑carrying outside B2B sales experience or three or more years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or software sales, or military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building skills.

Compensation Range (Washington) USD $56,100.00 –$121,500.00 per year without guarantee of minimum wage compliance.
