Our client, a leader in applied sciences and innovative research, is seeking a Lab Technician (Scanning Operator) to join their team. As a Lab Technician (Scanning Operator), you will be part of the Applied Sciences department supporting the development and optimization of cutting‑edge AI models. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lab Technician (Scanning Operator)
Location: Redmond, WA
Pay Range: $32
What's the Job?
Prepare and digitize physical materials using industrial scanning equipment
Operate high-speed document scanners and industrial cutters safely and efficiently
Monitor scan quality, identify issues, and perform necessary corrections
Organize, label, and store digital files following established conventions
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while meeting daily throughput and accuracy targets
What's Needed?
0-2 years of experience operating physical equipment safely
Experience with visual quality inspection and error detection
Basic computer skills for file handling and software operation
Ability to perform physical, hands‑on tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures consistently
