team.Our mission is to deliver high-quality renewable energy assets across the Americas, and this role directly supports that mission by improving how we communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Through clear and compelling visual storytelling, the Graphic Designer helps deepen audience engagement, strengthen stakeholder understanding, enhance our reputation, and support key business goals.Reporting to the Senior Manager of Communications and working closely with the Communications Associate based in our El Segundo, CA office, this role helps implement the Americas Brand Toolkit and translates our brand guidelines into high-quality materials that communicate our work to partners, communities, customers, and employees. By ensuring cohesive visuals across presentations, collateral, digital channels, and community engagement efforts, the Graphic Designer helps enhance brand awareness and reinforce a stakeholder-driven brand experience.Responsibilities we will trust you with Brand Implementation & DesignTake a creative leadership role in rolling out the Americas Brand Toolkit and guiding teams in consistent brand application that supports stakeholder communication and business objectives.Design on-brand marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, reports, case studies, and event collateral that help tell our story to partners, communities, and customers.Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all creative assets to ensure visual consistency throughout the Americas region. Digital & Multimedia DesignCreate digital assets such as social media graphics, email headers, GIFs, icons, and website visuals that reflect the BayWa r.e. brand.Develop video content from concept to final edit, including basic motion graphics, resizing, and layout work to support project and event communications. Template DevelopmentCreate, update and maintain branded PowerPoint templates, Word templates, and design frameworks for internal teams. Collaboration & Creative SupportPartner with different teams to deliver design materials that support campaigns and business objectives.Support event branding needs, including signage, banners, backdrops, and digital displays.Coordinate with external designers or agencies as needed to support larger projects. Quality & ConsistencyReview materials from internal teams for brand alignment and make corrections or improvements where needed.Maintain organized design files and ensure version control for shared templates and assets.Your areas of knowledge and expertise Portfolio Submission: Applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing recent design projects. This can include brand materials, digital graphics, templates, presentations, motion assets, or any work that reflects your design capabilities.Graphic design experience, preferably in marketing, communications, or within an in-house creative team, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience implementing corporate brand guidelines and helping ensure consistent brand application across teams.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) required.Experience in designing PowerPoint and familiarity with Microsoft Office templates.Motion graphics or video editing experience (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).Strong eye for detail layout, typography, and brand consistency.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.What we are ready to offer youTotal compensation package dependent upon a number of factors, including candidate's professional experience, candidate's skills, position's seniority level, department's hiring budget, and position's location.The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 annually.Competitive annual bonus target based on individual and company performance.Health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance plans.401(k) retirement plan with 5% employer matching.Flexible work hours and remote first culture.Unlimited Paid Time Off policy for all Salaried, Full-time employees in the US8 weeks paid family leaveHealth and wellness benefit; up to $500 annually.Educational reimbursement.A diverse and inclusive global team with a strong culture focusing on employee health and wellbeing.The possibility to make a positive contribution to our planet and use your world class marketing knowledge to set new standards in Renewable Energy.At BayWa r.e. we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates.
