Location: Orlando, FL About The Role We’re looking for a proactive, customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our sales team while working directly with clients and customers. This role blends relationship management, sales support, and front-line engagement — ensuring every customer interaction moves the sales process forward.
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll assist with account follow-ups, manage customer communications, coordinate sales activities, and help drive revenue growth. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and contributing to measurable results, this role offers strong growth potential in sales and account management.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a key point of contact for customers and prospects
Support the sales team by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and proposals
Communicate with clients regarding product information, pricing, and updates
Track leads, sales activity, and performance metrics in the CRM
Assist with onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth transition
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain organized sales records, reports, and documentation
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
Comfortable speaking with customers and supporting sales conversations
Goal-oriented mindset with an interest in revenue growth
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in sales support, account coordination, retail sales, or customer service is a plus — but not required
Coachable and eager to grow into a Sales or Account Management role
