Act as an extension of the sales team, supporting daily sales activities and enabling sales growth Support sales administration and customer service team supporting direct and distributor channels to ensure a consistency, high quality customer experience Follow established customer service standards, workflows, and communication practices that deliver consistent customer experience Own sales administration processes from quotation through order entry and invoicing Maintain accurate data and reporting using ERP systems and CRM tools Support sales reporting Strengthen distributor relationships and enhance long-term customer loyalty Serve as the key point of contact for customer and distributor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in coordination with internal teams Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs Contribute to continuous improvement in sales support and customer service processes
About You: Proven experience in a customer service or sales administration role within a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of ERP systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment Customer-centric mindset with the ability to balance service, accuracy, and commercial priorities
