Job Overview 45 hr/wk. Days off vary. Start times between 4am to 6am. Weekends/holidays required. Cover RSRs while sick/on vacation. Potential travel 50% of month. Mileage/meal reimbursed. Hotel booked/paid by company.
Compensation $67,200 / year target earnings.
$2,000 retention bonus paid within 1 year of employment (based on performance and eligibility).
Job Description Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay. They deliver, sell, and merchandise FritoLay’s complete line of products—including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many others—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. A Route Sales Representative drives a FritoLay truck to different stores, works independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partners with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.
Daily Responsibilities
Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members.
Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers.
Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives.
Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time.
Work in a fun, fast paced, and physical environment.
Working Conditions We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule. Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
Minimum Qualifications
Be 21 years of age or older.
Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
