À propos

Role Description The Sales & Project Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at our Morningside community in Fort Pierce, FL, working five days per week including weekends. This is a sales-focused position with hands‑on exposure to the construction side of homebuilding — an excellent opportunity to learn both disciplines from an established team.
Roughly 75% of the role centers on sales: greeting and qualifying visitors, responding to inquiries, presenting home features and community information, following up with prospects, guiding buyers through the purchase process, and maintaining accurate records of leads and contracts. The remaining 25% supports field operations — carrying out straightforward construction-related tasks and helping keep the project moving when the on-site superintendent is occupied with their own sales responsibilities. This may include assisting with walkthroughs and inspections, coordinating with vendors and trades, tracking progress, and supporting documentation for contracts and change orders.
The position works closely with sales representatives, project managers, and office staff to ensure a smooth, professional experience for buyers and partners alike.
Compensation
Base salary plus performance incentives — on-target earnings of $50K+
$500 incentive for every home closing (target: 20 closings annually)
Hands‑on training across both the sales and construction process — a strong foundation for a career in homebuilding
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills, with a comfortable, professional presence in front of prospective buyers.
Confident verbal and written communication for handling inquiries, following up with leads, and preparing documentation
Sales aptitude and a genuine interest in learning to present and sell new homes
Willingness to step into basic field tasks and learn the construction side of the business
Solid organizational skills to manage schedules, records, and multiple priorities with attention to detail
Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, word processing); experience with a CRM or project-management tools is a plus
Ability to work on-site full-time in Fort Pierce, FL, with a reliable, professional work ethic
Prior experience in real estate, construction, or a customer-facing role preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework in business, real estate, or construction management is a plus
