Salary Range: $61,666 - $77,082* (may vary by geographic location). Responsibilities
As the Sales Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue you will own the sales experience within your store, leading a high‑performing team to achieve store objectives. Responsibilities include: Build deep client relationships and grow repeat business to achieve sales and event goals. Deliver memorable shopping experiences by planning client appointments and maximizing client satisfaction. Diagnose client spend, identify opportunities to increase engagement and wallet share. Acquire new clients using marketing tools such as ccA+, social media, referrals and networking. Develop the clienteling and selling skills of staff through coaching, training and performance management. Maintain high visibility on the selling floor, refining the art of connection with clients. Use technology to provide 24/7 service and stay informed on merchandise to maximize selling potential. Build your personal brand as a fashion authority through proactive marketing, outreach and social media influence. Qualifications
4+ year degree. Proficiency with technology and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.). 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or a proven track record of success managing a selling workforce and achieving results. Flexible scheduling to meet business needs (evenings, weekends, holidays). Compensation and Benefits
Salary
– $61,666 - $77,082* (depends on geographic location). The position is eligible for a bonus and long‑term incentive compensation awards. Benefits
