HDR is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Chattanooga, Tennessee. This role involves working on transportation and water resource projects, applying engineering techniques, and assisting senior engineers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or related fields, with strong skills in hydraulic evaluations and drainage design. As part of our employee-owned culture, candidates must be committed to fostering an inclusive environment. Knowledge of Microstation or AutoCAD is essential, while experience with Civil3D or StormCAD is preferred. This is a full-time position with regular employee status.
